Red Oxide Primer (WB/SB)
Delite Red Oxide Primer is a versatile anti-corrosive primer available in both water-based and solvent-based variants. It protects metal surfaces from rusting while providing excellent adhesion for topcoats. The iron oxide pigment creates a dense, moisture-resistant barrier that prevents corrosion even in humid Gujarat climate. Suitable for metal gates, grilles, railings, GI sheets, and also works on wooden surfaces. The water-based variant offers low odor and easy cleanup, while the solvent-based variant provides maximum rust protection for outdoor and industrial applications.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I use water-based or solvent-based red oxide primer?
Use water-based for indoor applications (low odor, easy cleanup). Use solvent-based for outdoor and industrial applications where maximum rust protection is needed.
How many coats of red oxide primer do I need?
One coat is sufficient for most surfaces. Apply two coats for heavily rusted surfaces or surfaces exposed to extreme weather.
Can red oxide primer be used on wood?
