It dries rapidly and cures to a rock-hard, wood-like consistency that will never peel off. Once fully cured, it can be cut, sanded, drilled, or shaped exactly like natural wood. Thanks to its exceptional nail and screw holding capacity, KEFIL is highly preferred in furniture manufacturing, plywood mills, and <strong>industrial wooden pallet repair</strong>. It is available in seven natural shades (BROWN, TEAK, MERANTI, HARDWOOD, CREAM, PINE, and WHITE) and can be easily tinted with universal stainers for an exact colour match. How to Apply
Follow these steps for the best results with KEFIL Wood Filler (Powder).
Clean the wood surface and remove all dust, loose particles, and old filler.
Ensure the surface is dry — moisture content below 12%.
For deep cracks (>5mm), apply in multiple thin layers rather than one thick fill.
Mix KEFIL powder with clean water to a thick paste consistency.
Apply with a putty knife, pressing firmly into cracks and holes.
Allow to dry completely (3–4 hours) before sanding with 180–220 grit sandpaper.
