K-Seal Crack Fill
K-Seal Crack Fill is a flexible acrylic crack filler designed to permanently seal cracks in walls, terraces, and joints that cause water seepage. Unlike rigid cement-based crack fillers that re-crack with building movement, K-Seal Crack Fill remains flexible, accommodating thermal expansion and structural settling. It provides a permanent, waterproof seal that prevents water ingress at the source. Use as the first step before applying K-Seal Waterproofing for complete protection.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from regular cement crack filler?
K-Seal Crack Fill remains flexible after curing, so it moves with the building and doesn’t re-crack. Cement fillers are rigid and crack again within months.
Can it fill large cracks?
For cracks wider than 5mm, apply in multiple layers, allowing each layer to dry before applying the next. For structural cracks wider than 10mm, consult an engineer.
